Here is what you get!

Spring Math Center Games and Activities:

  • Add It to Win It board game. Children will spin the spinner, move the spaces, and follow the directions on the game board. If they land on an addition space and answer it correct, they get to move ahead one space....prints 2 pages
  • Tic-Tac-Toe. Children will use the pieces to play tic-tac-toe.....prints 2 pages
  • More or Less. Children will use the numbers and the greater than, less than, or equal sign to play the game. Choose two numbers and place them on the board. Then decide if the number is greater than, less than, or equal to.....prints 5 pages
  • Let's Add. Children will use the pictures to add numbers. Place one card down and then choose a second card. Count the pictures and add them together. Use another picture card for the answer.....prints 3 pages
  • Let's Subtract. Children will use the pictures to subtract numbers. Place one card down and then choose a second card. Subtract the second card from the first card. Use another picture card for the answer.....prints 3 pages
  • Roll and Add. All you need are dice. Children will roll the dice. The numbers in the dice will be used to find the matching addition problem on the game board. Example a 5 is rolled and a 3 is rolled. 5+3 is what the child needs to find. They will solve it and cover it when complete....prints 1 page
  • Roll and Subtract. All you need are dice. Children will roll the dice. The numbers in the dice will be used to find the matching subtraction problem on the game board. Example a 5 is rolled and a 3 is rolled. 5-3 is what the child needs to find. They will solve it and cover it when complete....prints 1 page
  • Roll and Cover. Children will roll a die. Match the number on the die to a matching number on the game board. Numbers may be in word form, counting on a die, finger counting, object counting, dominoes, etc.....prints 1 page.
  • Race to 20. Two children will spin their spinner and cover that amount of squares on their game board. The first one to cover all 20 is the winner.....prints2 boards to be cut in half on 2 pages
  • Making Ten! Children will count the objects on the cards. Then they will figure out how many more they need to make ten. Circle the correct number to make ten at the bottom.....prints 11 cards to be cut out on 3 pages
  • Spin to Win. 2 players will spin the spinner. If they have the number spun on their game board, they will cover it. The first one to cover all numbers is the winner.....prints 2 pages
  • Spin and Cover. Children will spin the spinner. They will cover the number on the board to match the number on the spinner.....prints 1 page

When counting objects, say the number names in the standard order, pairing each object with one and only one number name and each number name with one and only one object.
Understand that the last number name said tells the number of objects counted. The number of objects is the same regardless of their arrangement or the order in which they were counted.
Understand that each successive number name refers to a quantity that is one larger.
Count to answer “how many?” questions about as many as 20 things arranged in a line, a rectangular array, or a circle, or as many as 10 things in a scattered configuration; given a number from 1-20, count out that many objects.
