This is a trauma-informed reflective essay assignment to promote healing and resiliency through anecdotal storytelling. Students are asked to think about a challenge, situation or problem that they have encountered on numerous occasions, and then create short anecdotes for the first time it happened, the worse time it happened, and the last time it happened. Anecdotes are separated by section breaks, and personal reflection is used to formulate an introduction and conclusion.This can be adapted
