Two Four Six Eight - a Music Lesson for Rhythm and Melody
This ActvInspire flipchart, for use in Kindergarten or first grade music classes, teaches students to find the steady beat in a song, read and notate the rhythm, use vocal expression in a speaking voice, read and notate the melody, and create a short melody for one of the phrases. Improvisation on a barred instrument can be used on the same phrase.
