Oscillating White Noise (.mp3)
White noise machines are widely used in medical offices and workplaces. This is because white noise produces a calming effect on people. Studies have shown that white noise also helps students, especially those with ADD and ADHD, concentrate and focus less on distractions. I made this .mp3 file and play it in my classroom throughout the day on a CD player in the back of the room. You can also play it though your computer. A classroom management must have!

This audio is Dr. King's inspirational, 20-minute speech cut into five and a half minutes of guidance to success in life. MLK's 1967 lecture is clear-cut and specific on how to avoid victimization, take responsibility, and rise up to be an active global citizen. If anything teachers, listen to this in the morning for yourself to ALWAYS KEEP MOVING! :)
