Food Journal and Analysis Activity
This activity is geared towards high school age groups. I encourage students to record four days of eating. Two school days and two weekend days. Then, the activity gives clear instructions on how to annotate, input in MyFitnessPal, and analyze their personal food journal. This activity is a hit for health or Food and Nutrition classes. Students love seeing what their actual weaknesses and strengths are with their diets.
