It provides a visual cue like a picture of a fireman, and then choices in a field of 3. When the child selects the correct choice it models that language like "a firetruck".

Who Am I? A World History Review Game
In this end-of-year review flipchart, students are provided with clues about different civilization they have studied in my World History 1 class. To reveal the clues, move the shapes to the side. CVC Short Vowel Practice .flipchart
Students will improve short vowel skills by completing CVC words with missing vowels.
Each slide has a picture of a CVC word. The consonants are written under the picture. The student must choose one of the vowels listed at the bottom of the page and drag it into the space where the vowel belongs. If the student is correct, the vowel will stay in place. Using rulers
This activity is one I created for my little guys to introduce the concept of using a ruler. Each page has a ruler and an object already placed on it as well as a line to reference where the child should be looking to find out how long it is. When a student selects the correct number (for its placement on the ruler) it has a reinforcing sound. It ends with a few pages of "which one is the longest/shortest" to help reinforce the topic.

This is an introductory lesson to community helpers. There is a song about helpers and pictures of 11 different helpers and a brief description of what they do. Then the last section is a question format such as "who helps put out fires" and your children should select the correct picture (with a reinforcing sound for choosing correctly).
