Differentiated Helen Keller Story
This is a short biography of Helen Keller. The story is made for students with Autism or other special needs who cannot answer questions with their own sentences. Each page has 1-3 sentences with informational text, one question, and multiple choice answers.
This format has worked well with my low-verbal students with Autism who are unable to form their own answers, and it helps measure student comprehension when students cannot answer questions on their own.

This is a short biography of Temple Grandin, an inspirational speaker, writer, and scientist. This is a part of a series of biographies that I am writing about inspirational people. These biographies are part of a larger series of non-fiction books for students with autism and other special needs.
Every book includes a page defining key vocabulary, and a page to review key vocabulary. Each page contains 2-5 sentences and a question with multiple choice answers.
