Scientific Method inquiry about the solar system/space Students will show the distances of the inner planets from the sun compared to each other. Students will show the revolution of each planet using yarn then hang all 4 pieces next to each other to see the difference in their length. Students will come to the conclusion that planets further away from the sun have longer years because of the distance needed to travel in one revolution.
