The American Revolution: No Taxation Without Representation!
A simple role-play that helps students to understand the concept of no taxation without representation by asking them to imagine situations where they might come into conflict with their parents as teenagers and as adults. This introduces the concept of resentment when decisions are made by others but affect individuals. American Revolution - The Continental vs. The British Army
A simple graphic organizer that requires students to fill out the details of the advantages and disadvantages held by each side at the beginning of the American Revolutionary War.
