English grammar - Irregular past tense: board game
Teaching grammar is not always very fun for the kids..until now!
I use this board game to teach irregular past tense verbs. Each child will have a marker (could be anything.. from a button to a rubber!) and a di for each board game. When child A throws the di, s/he has to move the marker and land on a sentence. S/he will then need to say the sentence with the correct past tense verb.

This sheet asks students to review a book that they read. The way that I used this was that I made a ton of copies and alphabetised my student's reviews in a binder near my class library. My students were then able to read what other students thought of a particular book before reading it! It was a fun way for students to find new books to read and a great way for students to reflect upon what they read.

This is a word find template I made for my special needs students. As we were only targeting the first 50 or so words from the most common words, I changed the words each week and saved it for next time. This is the original template for free.
