This Activboard Flipchart can be used as a teacher-led mini lesson. It could also be used as a collaborative activity by putting the students into groups and having them solve the measurement conversion word problems with their group members. The word problems align to Common Core State Standards 4.MD.2 and 5.MD.1.

This flipchart allows students to read a word problem giving the amount of an item. Students then count how much money they have and determine if they can purchase the item. Students use active-votes to mark yes or no.
