Guided Reading Schedule Chart
I use this schedule to keep my students and I on the same page of which groups meet when. I print out a copy for my guided reading binder and I post a larger print out of it in Guided Reading corner. Enjoy having a consistent schedule and clear expectations shared throughout your classroom. The spreadsheet is easily editable to adapt to the times or guided reading group names that you use in your class.

Rubric for Nonfiction Writing
This is a rubric I created for our creative nonfiction unit in writing. The students score themselves 0-2 on punctuation, grammar, figurative language, & paragraph usage. It's a great tool for them to go back and edit their rough drafts before they publish to a final piece. The teacher fills one out and you can compare results if you'd like. It's also a great sheet for data or if you discuss grades with parents.
