(non interactive - to be used as notes) SmartBoard lesson covering a variety of inquiry and weather tools. Half of lesson contains student notes guide. Print the notes guide (4 to a page) and have students fill in the information as you go over each tool. Volcano Independent Research Project
This is an activity that I give students at the beginning of my volcano unit. The final product is either a song or a children's book. They have the length of the unit to complete the project. Students are given the rubric at the beginning and then you can use the same rubric to grade them at the end.
