ESSAY on the THEME OF A STORY: Two Templates - Basic and Advanced
This file is aimed at teaching students through modeling, to write about the theme of a story or novel. It uses templates that supply ideas for starting sentences, and instructions for each paragraph that give students guidance for organizing their ideas.
There are two templates here: a basic matrix for writing an essay about the theme of a piece of literature, and a more advanced version that extends the essay somewhat.
The basic template is two pages, and produces a four paragraph essay.
