End of Year-Kids Teach the Class
This unit is a great end of the year activity. It would be a valuable tool for demonstrating distance learning, by having students video record their lesson as an assignment or assessment. Students can also come up with a lesson that they are an expert in (dancing, taking care of a dog, making rice krispie treats etc.) and then teach the class how to do it.
