I created a Prezi that includes the basics of the necessities of an essay: an introduction, body paragraphs, and concluding paragraph, with bullet points of what to look for in each paragraph. This was used for high school EFL students as an introduction to summarizing non-fiction texts. It is likely too brief for native English speaking students, but I made this to explain the basics to my students, who struggle with understanding the difference between copying and summarizing.
