This is a Chant to do with students to practice the names the properties of different quadrilaterals. The leader says a line and then the students chant the next line, sometimes a repetition of the leader's line. Students should have shape manipulatives on their desk while doing this chant. When students hear or say the name of a particular quadrilateral, they have to pick up that specific manipulative and wave it in the air. I let students stand up for this activity.
