This is a lesson that includes division, problem, solution, main character, and NGSS engineering and design. Students work to create a marshmallow tower using mini marshmallows and tooth picks. This lesson will take half of the day to complete. It includes learning intention and success criteria for each section. It is a great lesson to teach leading up to a holiday break!
