This FlipChart is a great resource for quick rhythm writing with your class! Uncover each rhythm from under its box (great review!) and then drag each rhythm to sit on its beat bar above. Choose which page of the FlipChart to be used based on where your students are in their curriculum. For ta/titi/rest there is also an 8 beat notation page for shorter songs and poems. Have students quickly notate a song they know or have one prepared for them for rhythm reading!

This activity uses only pictures, making it easy for ELLs and primary students who can't read yet. There is also a built-in mp3 file of a drum
