Writing Rubric K-1

4 point writing rubric for students in kindergarten and first grade. Use the this writing rubric to grade student writing samples on 10 objectives. The scale rates how often students demonstrate specific skills in their writing 4=always, 3=frequently, 2=occasionally and 1= never. After their scores are added, they are then divided by 10 to give the child a 1-4 writing score.
