Student Led Behavior Chart/ Goals

This chart is a great way to help with behavior management, while giving the student a chance to self reflect. I love this chart because it is a joint effort between the student and the educator. The student fills out their goal, and the teacher helps to track their progress. Once the allotted time is up, the student will then reflect on if they achieved their goal, and why or why not. I have attached an extra "example" of this chart with descriptors on how to use it!
