This is a reader's theatre script that tells the story of the Battle of Plains of Abraham from both the British and French point of view. Characters include General Wolfe and his staff, General Montcalm, Governor Vaudreuil, and Bishop Pontbriand, as well as several regular soldiers on both sides of the conflict. Gluskabe’s grandmother is sad that there is no more tobacco, and her grandson wants to see her happy. When Gluskabe learns that a selfish and dangerous wizard (Grasshopper) grows it solely for his own purposes on an island far away, Gluskabe decides to steal his tobacco and share it with everyone.
