It then uses colors to show how symbolism is every where and how colors can represent different emotions, situations, etc. At the end of the presentation, there are directions on how to complete the color collage project where students assign a color to a memory and create a collage depicting the memory through pictures.

Students will choose at least 10 spring words to write on their butterfly. Then they will color the butterfly and glue onto a spring colored construction paper. The life cycle can be colored and glued to the backside of the butterfly.Tip: Print out pages 3 and 4 as "two pages on one sheet" to save paper. You can reuse them every year!
