The Whole Wellness Counselor

With over 30 years of teaching experience I've taught students of all ages, from pre-school to high school, regular education to special education. I've worked as a pre-school teacher, sixth grade middle school teacher, middle school counselor interim, high school counselor, elementary school counselor serving five schools, and currently serve two schools as an elementary school counselor. This takes great organization and focus. Along the way I've created ways to effectively connect and teach the amazing students I work with. It's the best job in the world!

I love activities, object lessons, and stories that teach skills in a way students can connect and understand how to implement the skills in their own lives. My lessons are designed to be fun, engaging, and thought provoking, integrated with learning, leaving students with a desire to be their best.
