- Several years experience as a Deputy Headteacher across schools in London and Dubai. Leading school-wide on: *Teaching and Learning; *Literacy across the Curriculum; *Building Learning Power; *Pupil progress and outcomes; *Staff CPD; *NQT Induction; - Background as a Head of English, Head of Year, and teacher of English, Media Studies, and P.E across mainstream, behavioural, and PRU sectors: often aiming to engage and inspire some of the most disadvantaged and disaffected young people in the country. - Leader of private GCSE and A-Level revision programmes, specialising in aiding students looking to advance from A to A*.
