First Impressions

Hello! This is Mrs. Teanna Streng, and I am a career first grade teacher! I began teaching in the Clark County School District during the 2007-2008 school year. I started out teaching at Hayden Elementary, and then opened a new school, Triggs Elementary, in 2010. I am thrilled to still be teaching at Triggs, and excited for my 7th year in first grade!

I believe in… -providing a safe, structured, and ORGANIZED learning environment. -the power of POSITIVE praise and my responsibility to build up the self esteem of young learners. -utilizing a variety of educational materials and strategies that ENGAGE and CHALLENGE students to reach their full potential.

I aim to provide comprehensive and complete tools that can be used all year long, at an affordable price, and with as minimal amount of prep-work on your part as possible!
