By FCS is the BEST I've been teaching 15 years in the area of Family and Consumer Science. As a teacher who has had multiple preps (Fashion Design, Interior Design, Hospitality, Restaurant Management, Interpersonal Studies, Child Development, and all food related courses) I understand how important it is to have access to quality curriculum and resources.
I like interaction, activity, and movement! I love lab based courses! Even when lecture is required I try to infuse humor, video, and games to keep students engaged.
