MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I grew up attending small, private schools in southern Louisiana. I always loved to learn and wanted to be a teacher since I was very young. I had a chalkboard in my garage as a child and playing teacher was my favorite game! I graduated from a small all-girls academy and went on to study at Louisiana State University. I entered the Geaux Teach program and had an amazing student teaching experience. I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in May 2014. I'm an advocate for quality public education.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I live in Louisiana with my husband and young son. I enjoy reading, designing, and crafting in my spare time.
