Zoo Trip - A worksheet to Take to the Zoo, Color the Animals, Habitat, Printable

This is a double sided worksheet designed to take on a school trip to the zoo. It is fairly generic and would suit most Zoos.

It has two worksheets per page and is 2 pages.

Print these worksheets flipping on the short edge and you have made a little booklet for your students.

I used this with NZ Year One, so would be most suited to Kindergarten to Grade Two.

Page Details

Cover- tick or color the animals they see.

Inside Left - Habitat- Choose an animal and write where it gets its water from (river, pond?) what it eats and something else that is special about it.

Inside Right- Search and Find- Write down an animal that lives - by a river, in the trees, in water, in a hole and in the desert.

Back Page - Draw and write - my favourite part of the zoo was...

This is a nice easy sheet that my class very much enjoyed and it should suit most zoos. Animals on the cover are fairly generic so you can decide whether it is a leopard or a cheetah etc.
