Yoga cards and pack. Includes a book, cards and coloring pages for the Sun Salutation.

This is an original story of Emma and Billy who went to find the lost sun while at the same time did some yoga to make their day brighter and themselves fitter.

These are perfect for daily physical activity time or a 10-minute brain break.

Included in the pack are:

- a 12-page book with yoga poses for children and a sweet short tale in rhyme. It is adapted for children of all ages;

- 13 coloring sheets;

- 1 poster (tabloid size), for your classroom, with yoga poses;
