Editable Excel Organizational Tool for the purpose of collecting year-long Reading Assessment Data. Headings include highlighted Fall/Winter/Spring Benchmark assessments with progress monitoring data spaces in between.

Aimsweb/IReady/Sight Words/F&P/Concepts About Print but all columns and headings are editable to be tailored for your assessments.

Use the tabs at bottom to use either Overview page (all grades on one page), or one grade per page.

This tool can be used by Reading Specialists or Classroom teachers. It is set up now for a K-2 Reading Specialist but again, can be altered to fit your needs.
