    Description

    This massive bundle includes thousands of pages of material and it gives you freedom to not have to worry about prepping for much of the school year. These engaging activities encourage students to learn and grow their skills in critical thinking and mastery. Each activity is associated with either science, social studies/history, Bible or Spanish. All are designed for middle and/or high school students.

    There are four major categories in this bundle, in which each resource is associated.

    The largest category is SCIENCE. Here is a short description of most of the activities included. (For full descriptions, click on the individual activities above).

    1. Death Valley Topographic Map- Students cut out and create a 3D topographic map of Badwater Basin in Death Valley National Park!
    2. Yellowstone Hydrothermal Features- Students investigate the four major hydrothermal features (geysers, hot springs, mud pots and fumaroles) in Yellowstone National Park, then they make a booklet about what they learned!
    3. Petrified Forest Lab- Students create their own petrified paper towel as they learn about petrified wood in Petrified Forest National Park!
    4. Megasequence Booklet- Students cut out maps and put together a booklet of the large rock layers in the United States. These layers cover the area of most of the National Parks!
    5. Badlands Rock Layers- Students learn about and create a 3D model of the major rock layers in Badlands National Park.
    6. Badlands Video Questions-Students will watch a Youtube video about Badlands and answer questions as they watch.
    7. Branches of Science Presentations-Students will choose a branch of science (can condense to earth science) and research and present about it.
    8. Checks Lab-Students will learn about the nature of science and how it changes as we gain new information in this lab.
    9. Conservation Initiative-Students will choose a conservation action to complete every day for a week and record their observations.
    10. Definitions of Science-Students read about different definitions of science and make their own definitions.
    11. Earth Science Vocab Wordle-Similar to the internet game, students try to guess a 5 letter vocabulary word related to earth science and then define it.
    12. Eclipsed! Solar Eclipse Graph-Students will create a graph of the temperatures in the sun and shade during a solar eclipse.
    13. Everglades Water Levels-Students will create a graph of the water levels in the Everglades throughout the year.
    14. Gates of the Arctic Survival Game-Students will test their knowledge of survival skills as they work together to make it to the end of the Noatak River.
    15. Glacier Bay Tracking Whales-Students will plot migration points of latitude and longitude of humpback whales throughout the year.
    16. Indiana Dunes Video Questions-Students will watch a Youtube video about Indiana Dunes and answer questions as they watch.
    17. Indiana Dunes Glaciers Lab-Students will create their own glaciers as they move them through flour to 'form' the Indiana Dunes and Great Lakes.
    18. Log Question Worksheet-Students will fill in these bell ringer worksheets every day to guide them in the learning objective.
    19. My Birthstone Project-Students research their birthstone and make a project about it.
    20. Olympic Biome Map Activity-Read about the different biomes in Olympic National Park, then color in the biomes on a map of the park.
    21. Rocks and Minerals Escape Room-Students test their knowledge of rocks and minerals in this classroom escape room activity.
    22. Science Vocab Flashcards-Students fill in the words, definitions, and pictures of vocabulary words used in each unit.
    23. Sequoia Tree Rings and Coring Samples-Learn about tree rings and tree corers and then put your knowledge to the test in a mini lab.
    24. Glacier Video Questions-Students will watch a Youtube video about the Solheimajokull Glacier in Iceland and answer questions as they watch.
    25. The ABCs of the National Parks-Students color and learn different vocabulary words related to the national parks.
    26. National Parks Dichotomous Key-Students learn which national park they should visit by answering questions in a dichotomous key.
    27. The National Parks Proposal Project-Students choose a location in their state that is NOT a National Park and they write about how it should become one.
    28. Theodore Roosevelt Video Questions-Students will watch a Youtube video about Theodore Roosevelt National Park and answer questions as they watch.
    29. Theodore Roosevelt Bison Conservation-Students read about the bison conservation story and make a graph of their population numbers through the years.
    30. Tracking and Plotting Earthquakes-Students learn how to plot recent earthquakes and over time they can see the outlines of the tectonic plates.
    31. WALL E Movie Questions-Students answer questions about the movie walle. The questions are based on conservation and earth science.
    32. Easter WebQuest-Students learn about the history of Easter and how the day of Easter is decided each year (based on equinox, etc.)
    33. Santa's Reindeer Escape-Students plot points of latitude and longitude of the reindeer to spell out who let them out.
    34. Basic Cell City Project-Students will research the organelles in the cell and make a map of a city, with the different parts representing the different organelles.
    35. Encanto Plants and Animal Biodiversity Project-Students will research Colombian animals and plants and make a project about what they learned.
    36. Life Science Vocab Wordle-Similar to the internet game, students try to guess a 5 letter vocabulary word related to life science and then define it.
    37. End of Year Animal Character Awards-Use these templates to assign a different animal character award to each student, then pass it out at the end of the year.
    38. Finding Nemo Guide-Learn the science and facts behind the animals and ocean life of the movie Finding Nemo.
    39. Historical Figure Project-Students choose a scientist. They will do research about them and then make a script about their life and discoveries.
    40. Cell Song Video Guided Questions-students watch a video about cells, and answer questions about it as they watch.
    41. Red Panda Conservation Activity-Students will research information about Red Pandas, then make a conservation poster about them.
    42. Valentines Day-Courtship Behaviors- Students will learn about several ways that different animal species attract a mate.
    43. Physical Science Vocab Wordle-Similar to the internet game, students try to guess a 5 letter vocabulary word related to physical science and then define it.
    44. Basic Rube Goldberg- Students create their own Rube Goldberg cause and effect machine with different stipulations and ideas. Can be used in the classroom or virtually.
    45. Elemental Madness-Students fill in a bracket with which elements they think will make it to the end. Then, draw cards to determine which move forward (I.e. this element has the most protons).
    46. Forces and Motion Bundle-Bundle of six separate activities to use in a forces and motion unit.
    47. Ice Hockey Forces and Motion-Students test their knowledge of forces and motion concepts in this board game based on ice hockey.
    48. Elements Memorization Cards and Quizzes-Set of worksheets for students to memorize major elements on the periodic table and quizzes to go along with them.
    49. Elements Practice Bingo-Students play bingo, with the clues related to elements on the periodic table.
    50. Periodic Table Color by Clues Spring-Students color in the periodic table with certain colors and designs based on provided clues. Spring edition.
    51. Periodic Table Color by Clues Winter-Students color in the periodic table with certain colors and designs based on provided clues. Winter edition.
    52. Element Research Project-Students choose an element, answer research questions about it and make a project about it.
    53. Sudoku Puzzle Packet-26 pages of sudoku puzzles. Each page has four puzzles on it. Answers and lesson ideas provided.
    54. Encanto Colombian Culture Activity-Students fill in a bingo board with the Colombian animals and culture as they watch the movie Encanto.
    55. Water Molecule Project-Students learn what water molecules look like (with oxygen and hydrogen atoms). Then, they make a 3D representation of the molecules in its solid, liquid and gas states.
    56. Turkey Game-Students test their knowledge of the science and history about Thanksgiving!

    1. Social Studies Vocab Wordle-Similar to the internet game, students try to guess a 5 letter vocabulary word related to Social Studies and then define it.
    2. Glacier Bay Tracking Whales-Students will plot migration points of latitude and longitude of humpback whales throughout the year.
    3. 60 Country Profile Worksheets-Students research 60 different countries and fill in the information on these worksheets.
    4. Coco Movie Bingo Boards Activity-Students will fill in historical and cultural facts on a bingo board as they watch the movie Coco.
    5. Easter WebQuest-Students will learn the history and science behind the Easter holiday.
    6. Encanto Colombian Culture Activity-Students fill in a bingo board with the Colombian animals and culture as they watch the movie Encanto.
    7. Geography of Israel Project-Students will choose a specific location in Israel and write about what they learn about it, then they will do a project about it. There are questions about how it is referenced in the Bible-this would be good in a private Christian school setting.
    8. Historical Figure Project-Students choose a scientist. They will do research about them and then make a script about their life and discoveries.
    9. History of St. Patrick's Day-Students will read about the history of St. Patrick in a biography about him, then they will answer questions about it and fill in a crossword puzzle with the answers.
    10. Islamic Empire Trade Routes Activity- Students will choose the best route from Mecca to Cordoba, Spain.
    11. Log Question Worksheet-Students will fill in these bell ringer worksheets every day to guide them in the learning objective.
    12. Martin Luther King Jr. Biography-Students will read about the history of Martin Luther King Jr. in a biography about him, then they will answer questions about it and fill in a crossword puzzle with the answers.
    13. Pearl Harbor Map Activity-Students will read about the attack on Pearl Harbor and they will mark specific locations on a map of Pearl Harbor.
    14. Santa's Reindeer Escape-Students plot points of latitude and longitude of the reindeer to spell out who let them out.

    1. Abraham's Journeys: Students will read about Abraham's life and they will draw the locations on a map to see where Abraham traveled.
    2. Bible Vocabulary Flashcards: This free template allows students to have a worksheet, on which they can write their vocabulary words. Then, they can cut them out to make flashcards.
    3. Idol Worship Research and Essay: Students will research different idols from the Bible and idols in today's culture. Then, they will write an essay about what they learned.
    4. Scale Model of the Ark of the Covenant: Students will read about the Ark and the directions God gave to Moses on how to construct it. Then, they will answer questions and construct a scale model of it. Templates are provided.
    5. Old Testament Sword Drill Verses: Students can do sword drills with this list of Old Testament verses, along with brief commentaries for each verse for you to use.
    6. Genealogies of Genesis: Students will read through the Genealogies in Genesis and they will create two graphs about the lives and overlaps of the lives of the people in them.
    7. Judges Newspaper Article: Students will read through the accounts in Judges, write a summary, then make a newspaper article about one of the accounts. Templates are provided.
    8. Joseph's Life Game: Students will try to find Benjamin's grain sack (which contains Joseph's cup) as they answer questions about Joseph's life.
    9. Israelite Wilderness Wanderings Board Game: Students will answer questions about Moses and the Exodus as they move their pieces around the board to the promised land.
    10. Passover Seder Meal Activity: Students will learn about Passover and the Seder meal tradition along with what each part of the meal represents.
    11. Apostle Paul Script Project: They will do research about the Apostle Paul and then make a script about his life.

    1. Spanish Vocab Wordle-Similar to the internet game, students try to guess a basic 5 letter vocabulary word related to Spanish and then define it.
    2. Historical Figure Project-Students choose a famous Hispanic figure. They will do research about them and then make a script about their life and discoveries.
    3. Encanto Colombian Culture Activity-Students fill in a bingo board with the Colombian animals and culture as they watch the movie Encanto.
    4. Coco Culture Activity-Students fill in a bingo board with the Dia de los Muertos facts and Mexican culture as they watch the movie Coco.
    5. Encanto Family Tree Worksheet-Students will learn about family vocabulary and use the family in the movie Encanto to answer questions about family vocab.
    6. Guion Script Activity-Students write a script using the vocabulary you are studying in that particular unit.
    7. Listening to Spanish Songs Actvity-students listen to a Spanish song and write down a fill-in-the-blank with the word they think belongs there.
    8. Prueba de Aptitud-Students take this Spanish pre-test so you know where they are at in their knowledge of basic vocabulary.
    9. Spanish Catchphrase-students learn how to describe something that they may not know what the word for it is in Spanish.
    10. Spanish Vocab Flashcards-Students fill in the words, translations, and pictures of vocabulary words used in each unit.
    11. Classroom Vocabulary Labels and Scavenger Hunt-students will learn vocabulary for classroom objects. Then, they will make a label of one and finally do a scavenger hunt to practice the vocab.
    12. Spanish Speaking Countries Worksheets-Students research Spanish speaking countries and record what they learn on these worksheets.
    13. States of Mexico Geography Project-Students research a specific state in Mexico and then do a project about it.
