Working on Discussion: Improving AICE English General Paper Paragraphs

This two-sided worksheet includes two versions of a student paragraph for the purpose of spurring improvement and depth. Students read a passing "C" level paragraph and then the subsequent edit or "A" level paragraph. Questions task students to note areas of improvement as a Paper 1 skill, practice context clue use as a Paper 2 skill, and use new words as a follow-up Paper 2 skill. Finally, this includes an optional writing task for student by including another example of a low-scoring paragraph that instructors can have students practice rewriting.
