Word Work -- Spelling -- 9 Weeks -- Part 3

This product is a the third 9 weeks of my larger spelling program for a Grade 1 classroom (available here). Each week introduces 4 sight words and 4 words that fit a spelling pattern (rhyming patterns or a beginning diagraph/blends).

The program has been used successfully by myself and other teachers I have worked with for the past 5 years and provides an independent Daily 5 or literacy station to allow you to work with other students during guided reading or 1:1 conferences.

Included in the product is:

- a menu for each week so students can have choice during their station time

- a booklet with pages for students to complete their work

- blank and filled in word wall/flash cards for posting on your word wall and sending home with students to practice

- a parent information package

- scrabble tiles to print and go for one of your station options

- storage and supply ideas

- tolsby sized signs so you can ensure expectations are posted for students to see
