Details:
This pack includes eleven activities that are designed to get your students thinking. Each activity is designed to be thought provoking and engage empathy. I use these eleven activities over ten weeks, with two activities in the first week. These activities are great for classwork and prompt thoughtful responses from the students.

Also, there are ten two-page worksheets which include handwriting, vocabulary, parts of speech and text construction activities. These activities are great for homework or independent working and can be run over ten weeks.

Furthermore, I have located from the 'Wonder' text sight vocabulary lists for the first eight weeks. There are three differentiated lists per week. These lists, and included pdfs, can be used in many ways. I get my reading groups to go over them as a warm up to reading, but you could play games with them or turn them into spelling lists.

As an extra, I have popped in some blank posters that I have made. I call these 'Wonder at our words posters'. I print these onto A3 and each week we add awesome words from the text to these posters.
