What educators are saying

One thing I really liked about this activity is I knew I was covering all my bases. I didn't have to worry about a family coming back at me saying I didn't do a reading about the holidays their family celebrates.
I have this all prepped and ready to go for my Holidays around the World unit with Unique and it lines up well! Thank you so much!

Description

Teach your students about the winter holidays of Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa with a simple read-aloud, activities, and printables! The clear visuals and text make this an ideal unit for students with autism or other special needs. This unit would also work well with ESL or early childhood students. Look below to see what's included!

-18-page Read-Aloud: introduces and describes each winter holiday

-24 vocabulary cards

-3 emergent readers (one for each holiday)

-Winter Holiday Sort: match the tradition with the holiday

-36 black and white printables (includes fine motor, literacy, and math activities)
