Description
A fun way to learn the names of winter clothes, the difference between winter and summer, and how to sneeze into one's elbow, all in one song! Can be used as a sitting song or a large movement activity. While sitting, have the children “patsch” their knees during each two-word phrase, and then clap two times following each phrase, (except for the last line of each verse). At the end, have the children wave their hands like a fan to create a breeze!
Thick coats (clap clap)
Tall boots (clap clap) etc
For a large body activity, have the children stomp or jump instead of clapping after each phrase.
