Description
Two families of settlers decided to protect their lands with fences in a steppe area on the river bank. They had materials for the construction of a fence long of 660 feet. One farmer decided to breed fish and he chose a rectangular area on the river bank measuring 300X30 feet. The total length of the fence was 30 + 30 + 600 = 660 feet. Another farmer decided to take the ыquare plot of land. What can be the maximum area of this site if the total length of the fence should not exceed 660 feet?
