Weekly and Monthly Classwork and Behavior Plan Parent Report with Checkboxes

This is a weekly and monthly classwork/behavior report that parents can log into each week to get a progress report for their child. It includes checkboxes for a fast and easy way for teachers to record data. The yes/no's represent whether or not the classwork for the week was completed by the student and whether or not the classroom behavior was appropriate for the week . It also includes comment boxes in case you need to type something specfic regarding classwork or behavior to notify the parents. The great thing about Google Sheets is that they update automatically. So, you only need to send the link to the Google Sheet one time to your student's parents. (To send in preview mode: Highlight the link and paste it into your parent email. Then, delete everything that comes after the word "edit" and replace the word "edit" with the word preview. This will allow your parents to view the Google Sheet in presentation mode.) Every time parents click on the link, they will have the most updated version of your student data. This product consists of the following subject headings: date, reading, writing, math, science, social studies, classroom behavior, and teacher comments.
