What educators are saying

This was a fun and engaging way for my students to learn about California history. The students performed this as a whole school assembly and everyone loved it.

Description

A fourth grade history play written to include our school's entire fourth grade (94 students). You can adjust the groups (miners, railroad workers, etc.) to fit your student population.

Four children need to work on a final California history exam. A time traveler "Zeit Reisander" appears to take them back through time to learn about the amazing history of CA. Songs, humor, and history all rolled into one! European explorers, missions, miners, railroad workers, 1904 San Francisco Earthquake, Rosie the Riveters, famous Californians are all included!

Time: Approximately 1 hour

**You can change the script to fit your school/students/location.**

You are allowed to make copies of the script for your students.

There should now be a preview of the script available (with a watermark) on TPT.
