Waves and Color Vision Bundle: Period, Frequency, Wavelength and Interference

This physics bundle contains all six of our color and wave products. This includes four PhET online labs and two sets of practice problems. The online labs will engage your students, encourage them to explore the physics concepts and require them to explain their observations. PhET simulations are fun, visual and interactive, giving students immediate feedback during their investigations.

(2) Two or three pages of notes covering the relevant material.

(3) The lab activity worksheets.

(4) An answer key for the lab activity worksheets.

This product also contains exercises for Young's Double Slit Experiment and for calculating the speed, wavelength, frequency and period of sound waves, light waves, pendulums and masses oscillating on a spring.

The exercises are included as PDF files and editable Pages and Word files. Solutions for all exercises are also included.

The PhET lab activities are available as editable PDF files that can be completed by distance learners. These are HTML5 simulations that will run right in the browser of your computer or tablet. Nothing to download or install.

PhET Interactive Simulations incorporate research based, student centered activities that are fun and easy to use. All of the PhET online simulations are available from their website: phet.colorado.edu. The simulations can be done in the classroom or during distance learning.
