Description

AMRAP: As Many Rounds as Possible. When I use these workouts in my fitness classes I get the highest level of student effort and the students get the best workout!

To complete these AMRAP workouts perform each exercise on the workout card for the number of repetitions displayed. There is no designated rest period, students work at their own pace for the entire activity time. A round is completed when every exercise on the card is completed. After round 1 students can repeat the same card for the next rounds or move to another card to try to complete As Many Rounds As Possible.

The energy in the class is even higher when you divide the class into teams and students add a point to their team total when completing a round!

This is a fun way to exercise with a high intensity.

In my experience as a teacher, I find students are more active when they get the choose their own workout and exercise at their own pace. Student have been much more active in class or at home performing a workout with these cards instead of following a trainer on a screen. Try it and ask your students which they prefer!

Each workout card includes the workout title and directions, pictured descriptions and names of the exercises to perform, and the number of repetitions for each workout.

The perfect at home, no equipment, limited space workouts. Exercise can be done where ever, and with whom ever.
