Save money and time with this resource includes a Google Slides presentation you can share with your students to use for the WHOLE YEAR.
At our school, we have a chunk of time set aside each morning for students to acclimate to school and get ready for learning. We call this our Soft Start time. Students choose anything from the month's choice board to engage in.
These choice boards includes online and offline choices. We try to always have a STEM and Lego challenge, a music component, a drawing or coloring component, a kindness component, and a reading component.
This has proven to be a favorite time of day. Students get excited when a new month comes to get a new batch of activities to choose from!
