What educators are saying

This was a great resource for my standard Biology class. I didn't feel like it was doable to read the book Henrietta Lack's so this was a great replacement with the same value.

Description

Try this Webquest on Henrietta Lacks...the name behind HELA cells as a great introduction or wrap up on the study of cancer, cell division or ethics in medicine/ science. I used this in both standard and gifted Biology classes as well as Honors Anatomy and Health Science.

The personal element really engages students and helps to make the terms of these subjects more relevant.
