Voter's Registration Form

Add a mock election to your unit on government. If your students are learning about the US government, what better way for them to learn, than to actually experience the process of voting.

From registering to vote, to casting a ballot (see separate listing), students can experience what it is like to take part in our participatory democracy.

This mock voter registration form is modeled after the real US voter registration form. Simply fill in grade, school name, and classroom numbers and you are ready to go. It is good practice for students to review their address and phone number as well.
