Tips
-Paper Size-Either cut paper down to 8.5’ x 11”; or change printer/copier to 9” x 12”
-Students use pressure when coloring with crayons. No white spaces.
-Watercolor option- Once papers are dry, stack them and place 5-6 textbooks on top. Leave overnight or over the weekend depending on when you do the project. It will flatten out the waves in the paper.
-Remind students to take their time cutting out their pieces.
-Always glue the attachment pieces not the base/background.
-Students use both hands to press down pieces when gluing. Count to 10/20 before lifting hands to make sure pieces are stuck. Or be fancy-practice skip counting.
