Urbanization & Living Conditions during the Industrial Revolution

Engaging activity where students take on the role of a government inspector investigating conditions in British cities during the Industrial Revolution. Students examine multiple primary source documents and images and write a "report" on what they've discovered. Students love this activity, especially learning just how "gross" it was to be a city-dweller during this time!
