Description

This is perfect for students that are just learning to differentiate between upper and lowercase letters of the alphabet. This product is intended for digital use within a classroom. When you purchase the product, you will download a PDF that contains the link you will need in order to make a copy for your Google Drive. You will receive 3 slides with different letters of the alphabet on each slide. Within the 3 slides, students will have practiced ALL uppercase and lowercase letters of the alphabet. This was created using Google Slides, so please make sure whatever you are using is compatible with these types of activities.

Useful ideas for this product include:

  • Assign this to individual students in Google Classroom to where “each student gets a copy” and you can review each student’s individual work. (If you assign in Google Classroom, you will need to make sure that you have the share settings set to “anyone can edit,” BEFORE you post. Again, when attaching the slide to a Google Classroom post, it is imperative that you select, “each student gets a copy.” If you do not do this, you will end up with multiple students working on the same assignment slide at the same time).
  • Try using as a whole class instructional game that is projected on a touch screen.

If you were wanting a collaborative assignment, you can still assign in Google Classroom, but DON’T SELECT EACH STUDENT GETS A COPY. Depending on which student group you assign this to, several students of your choosing can work together while at separate computers.

Whatever you choose, this is a great way to make learning fun and keep students engaged.
