What educators are saying
Description
America in the Roaring Twenties or America in the 1920s/Jazz Age Gallery Walk and PowerPoint. Colorful slides with large font will help to engage your students whether this resource is used as a Gallery Walk or as a PowerPoint.
Included for FREE in this package is a questions packet that follows along with the Gallery Walk/PowerPoint. The pictures next to the questions match up with the slide that contains that picture (no slides have repeated pictures). This makes it easy for students to locate the slide that they need to answer the questions. This can be used during a class discussion/lecture or as an independent activity as a Gallery Walk.

Multiple Uses
- PowerPoint - Use as a class discussion with or without the question packet.
- Gallery Walk - Students will use the questions packed to independently work their way through the slides when posted on a wall.
- Which one does not belong? Randomly sort groups of the slides printed (can print multiple to a page and cut them) and have the students argue which one does not belong. This helps to improve critical thinking skills. Ex. Speakeasies, 19th Amendment, Tin Pan Alley, and the Radio. Students may argue that the 19th Amendment would be the one that does not belong in this grouping because it's the only thing in that group that the government was responsible for.
