Civics EOC 2024 Topic 1.9 – Constitutional Limits on Governmental Power
Although this was created for students taking the Florida Civics EOC exam, it will work with any civics or government class, as well as many history classes. Students will learn how the U.S. Constitution and constitutional concepts like checks and balances impact governmental power. In this lesson, students will learn examples of how the power of the U.S. Federal Government is limited by the U.S. Constitution as written by the “Framers” or Founding Fathers.
